高铝水泥和硫铝水泥是常用于耐火材料、修补材料、特种砂浆和灌浆料的基本组分，一般可以单独使用，也可以和普通硅酸盐水泥复合使用。这种产品的特点是强度增长快，可以在几小时内达到十几、甚至几十兆帕以上。但他们在使用中会遇到的问题就是流动性、工作性不佳、或者流动性损失太快，工作时间可能不到半小时、或者更短，导致施工不方便，特别是大面积、大体积施工困难，质量不易控制。以上材料主要用于工业用途，我们以下统称为工业特种砂浆材料（简称：特种砂浆）。

特种砂浆的性能可用化学添加剂来进行调节，传统上主要采用和普通硅酸盐水泥同样的聚羧酸减水剂、缓凝剂等，虽然性能有所改善，但还是不尽人意。w优德88网C900和D1601是专门用于高铝水泥和硫铝水泥的高效减水剂和稳态剂。C900在高铝水泥和硫铝水泥中的性能要明显优于普通硅酸盐水泥用的聚羧酸减水剂，特别表现在新拌特种砂浆的稳定性更佳，强度更高。D1601是一种保持特种砂浆状态的外加剂，可以延长和保持掺高铝水泥（或硫铝水泥）体系的和易性，使其在较长的时间内保持良好工作状态。

Scope

High aluminium cement (HAC) and sulfate aluminium cement (SAC) are often used as the basic components in refractory materials, repair materials, special mortar and grout. In these application, they are either used alone or composed with Ordinary Portland Cement. The products characterized with rapid strength development at the earlier age. Those products are expected to gain the strength greater than ten even tens MPa in a few hours. Along with the rapid strength development, poor workability or fast loss of flowability of the mixture occurs in the applications. The working time may shorter than an half hour or even shorter. It results in the inconvenience in construction work and uncertainty in the quality control, especially for those mass construction. The above materials are mainly used for industrial purposes. The mortars for industrial applications are referred as special mortar.

Many admixtures/additives widely used for Ordinarily Portland Cement are found not to be suitable or satisfied for special mortars. Although the performance has improved, it is still not satisfactory. Fuclear C900 and D1601 are the high performance superplasticizer and stabilizer specially designed for high alumina cement and aluminium sulphide sulfate cement.

包装与贮存

1. 包装：25kg复合塑料袋或纸板桶包装，内加塑料袋防潮。

2. 贮存：本产品避免阳光直射和雨淋，在阴凉干燥通风处保存。

3. 储存稳定性可保持12个月。

4. 当开封后，产品应及时使用，用不完的要及时密封，防止产品吸湿变质。
